Engaging Boards for Events

Events can be a wonderful way for board members to understand that fundraising is about building relationships and strengthening partnerships.

Usually, the focus is for the Board to get sponsors and sell tickets prior to the event but what about during the event and post event?  During this session, we’ll go through the series of steps of how your board can participate from beginning to beyond the end of the event. This gives the Board the opportunity to understand that fundraising is about strengthening and building relationships.
