    Equip your board with the 3 stories they need to know about your mission and impact.

    Guide board members in choosing and completing manageable year-end fundraising actions

  6. How do we sustain it?
    Turn your personalized workbook into a year-round plan for building a lasting board fundraising culture.

Each week, you will apply what you are learning to your own board through live discussion, guided reflection, ready-to-use templates, and one imperfect action—while building your personalized Board Fundraising Workbook, one section at a time. Giving you a practical plan for activating your board not only at year end but additionally throughout the year.

  • Payment Plan: 2 payments of $215 per month
